Welcome, I’m Liliane. Whether you are healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, working through relationship concerns such as step-parenting dynamics, or rebuilding self-esteem, I offer a collaborative and supportive space for your growth. My approach is client-centred and strength-based, blending evidence-based practices, including ACT and CBT, with empathy to help you build self-awareness, uncover your strengths, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I offer individual and couples counselling services online, by phone, or in person, with both traditional office sessions and walk-and-talk options available to suit your preferences. Together, we can focus on building insight, strengthening communication, and developing practical strategies to navigate experiences such as stress, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, ADHD, and life transitions.

As someone who was born in Paraguay and moved to Canada, I understand the complexities of transition, identity, and belonging. I bring this perspective into my work with individuals, couples, and teens, striving to create a space where you feel heard.

Outside of my work as a counsellor, I find joy in spending time outdoors with my stepchildren, experiences that reflect the values of connection and growth that I bring into my practice. I support my clients in reconnecting with their strengths as they navigate healing and growth.
